A Farewell to Corin Redgrave

The passing of Corin  Redgrave, best remembered for Four Weddings and a Funeral," " Charge of the Light Brigade," and  the  vampire hunting miniseries "Ultraviolet,"  is being noted today on the net.  Corin Redgrave died today, Tuesday, April 6th,  in a London hospital, where he was taken after falling ill at home last Sunday. His wife, Kika Markham, said he died  "surrounded by his family."  He was 70.

Corin Redgrave was a member of a famous acting family. His father was the late Michael Redgrave  and he was the brother of Vanessa  and Lynn Redgrave. He "was less famous than his sisters, but still had success on stage and screen, appearing in dozens of television shows and movies, including "A Man for All Seasons," and "Oh! What A Lovely War" and "Four Weddings and a Funeral" — in which he played Hamish, the hapless groom of wedding number three." (The Associated Press).
