The fallout from the news that the GOP -- Well, that Republican National Committee (RNC) members, spent two thousand dollars in donor money at a faux-lesbian bondage themed strip club continues. The RNC chief of staff is trying to limit the fall-out. He reminds the public, in a memo, that no senior party officials took part in or had knowledge of the $2000 'get-together' at the sexclub. The conservative group Concerned Women for America said the RNC should disclose more about the episode."Did they really agree to reimburse nearly $2,000 for a bondage-themed night club?" group president Penny Nance asked in a statement. "Why would a staffer believe that this is acceptable, and has this kind of thing been approved in the past?" And, Comedian Jon Stewart, on The Daily Show, last night,(3/30/10), did a take on the GOP buffoonery.
